A wonderful little European auto specialist with a super friendly owner (Brian), a knowledgeable manager (Matt) and a nice young man providing shuttle service. I had diagnosis there at a good price on suspension issues of my Audi and received a fair recommendation. I decided not to do it only because of money saving - rather than full repair of the front control arm and the RF axle, I did a minimum by replacing only the worn components. I still plan to keep Allied Auto in mind for future work.

Fast diagnosis and quick work! Rather than push every possible service on you, they are a unique island of reasonableness in a field full of “traditional” service shops which seek to take advantage of the customer. You will find honest people here.

I suspected the battery was dying. My car was having a hard time turning on. I called Allied Auto and asked if they could quickly run a diagnostic check to see if the battery was low. They were able to accommodate my request the same day. When I brought the car to them for testing, the battery was reading low. Matt was helping me and he said “let’s make sure it starts before you go home” and when we tried to start the car up, it was dead. He ordered me a new battery and offered me a ride home. The new battery was installed the next day and I had my car back to me in 24 hours. The team at Allied are just such good, honest people. We have been using them for years and they have always gone above and beyond to be helpful.

The service was excellent! Fast appointment, courteous and efficient throughout the check-in process, and clear explanations f the work to be done. We received by text all the work that had to be done and requested approval to proceed with the service. They completed the work in record time. We have a 2019 Mercedes 300 GLC. It was the first time we used Allied Auto Service. We are very satisfied with the Service. Thank you.

Allied Auto Works has always done a great job for me. They are always ready to help. They communicate conditions with my car clearly, make practical suggestions, and triage what should be done immediately and what can wait until next time. I feel very confident depending on them to care for my aging (2013) Hyundai Sonata. I am pleased to recommend them!
